Samsung’s KNOX service continuously monitors for suspicious activity to protect the device from potential security threats.
What happens if my device is reset?
If you perform a factory reset on your device, all payment information stored in Samsung Pay will be erased. You’ll need to re-add your payment card details once the reset is complete.
What should I do if I switch phones?
If you switch to a new phone, you will need to register your OAB cards again, as no data is transferred or stored in Samsung Pay from your old device.
Do I need an internet connection to use Samsung Pay?
An internet connection is required to register and activate cards in Samsung Pay. However, making in-store purchases does not require an active connection. For optimal performance, it’s best to keep your device connected to the internet.
What should I do if I have trouble adding a payment card?
If you encounter issues while adding an OAB card to Samsung Pay, ensure you have a stable internet connection. If the problem persists, contact “FIL-KHIDMA” Call center at +968 2475 4444 to verify if your OAB card is eligible.
Can I use my physical card if I disable Samsung Pay?
