Position: Manager – Change Management & Business Process Reengineering

Job Summary:
To lead and manage the Change Management and Business Process Reengineering function, ensuring the bank’s operational processes are efficient, effective, and aligned with strategic objectives. This role involves driving transformational initiatives, enhancing customer experience, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Job Responsibilities:
▪ Work closely with Business, Strategy and Finance to set the Projects and CRs Budget and align it with strategy.
▪ Define the performance metrics required to monitor and assess the organization performance for execution, delivery, Post go-live success.
▪ Lead and manage change initiatives across the organization, ensuring successful adoption and minimal disruption to operations
▪ Develop and execute comprehensive change management plans, including communication, training, and support strategies.
▪ Engage with stakeholders at all levels to drive change and ensure alignment with business objectives.
▪ Coordinate with all stakeholders to finalize the CRs roadmap with clear deliverables and ensure the road map is aligned with the bank strategy.
▪ Understanding the business needs and ensuring the defined product/solution is complete.
▪ Review the business cases of all CRs before final submission.
▪ Establish a mechanism for benefit realization tracking of all business-related initiatives with a clear ROI.
▪ Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of projects related to change management and process reengineering.
▪ Analyze current business processes to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement.
▪ Design and implement optimized processes to enhance operational efficiency, reduce costs, and improve customer experience.
▪ Foster Communities of Practice and the use of engineering and Built-In Quality practices
▪ Ensure all activities are carried out according to bank’s policies, procedures, and standards.
▪ Participate and perform other related initiatives and projects as assigned or other duties as assigned by management.
▪ Working and adhere to bank policies and department standard operating procedures (SOP).

Minimum Experience & Qualification Required:
▪ 10+ years’ experience in banking area.
▪ Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred
▪ Professional certifications in Change Management (e.g., Prosci, ACMP) and/or Project Management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) are highly desirable
