Position: System Administrator – Digital Banking

Job Summary:
Responsible to provide technical support and enhancement of banking systems and related applications for the banking systems Digital Banking Systems

Job Responsibilities:
– Perform upgrades and enhancements on banking systems components.
– Perform integration of process with other systems whenever required.
– Main responsibility to provide administrative support, technical support and troubleshooting on “Digital Banking” and to be backup to other teams under Banking Applications whenever require.
– Provide technical support to enhance functionality of the system and fix bugs.
– Co-ordinate with the Team Leader regarding any emergency or disaster cases for recovery requirements.
– Inform the Team Leader with exceptions and failures immediately once they appear.
– Communication with vendors for any upgrades and enhancements as required.
– Ensure troubleshooting is performed as and when required.
– Conduct research and development in banking systems and other related components.
– Attend support calls and join the department staff in emergency cases as required.
– Ensue all related activities are in accordance with bank’s policies, procedures, and standards.
– Participate in other related initiatives and projects as assigned or other duties as assigned by IT management.

Minimum Experience & Qualification Required:
– Bachelor Degree in any IT
– 0-3 years of experience
