Job Summary:
Responsible for Reviewing and amending OAB documentation
Responsible for Report, articulate and drive changes for improvement
Responsible for Evaluate the effectiveness of QA/QC processes and procedures
Duties & Responsibilities:
– Audit Bank Departments and assets as per ISO9001 (document control, control of records, corrective/preventative actions etc)
– Follow up status of corrective/preventative actions with the Bank assets and department heads
– Actively contribute to meetings to ensure integration of Quality Management actions with Company operations
– Supports the IT Governance consultant in the development and implementation of the evolving GRC methodology for the Bank
– Collect, co-ordinate and disseminate material for the quarterly Audit Committee meeting
– Report, articulate and drive changes for improvement
– Evaluate the effectiveness of QA/QC processes and procedures
– Develop programs to support QMS
Minimum Qualification & Experience Required:
– Bachelor Degree in Information Systems or related field
– Minimum 3 years of expeirence with frameworks especially ISO 9001
