Job Title: K2 Developer

Job Summary:
Business Process Developer will play a key role in analyzing, designing, and implementing business
processes to improve operational performance and achieve business objectives. Shall have a strong
understanding of process improvement methodologies and a passion for driving positive change within
the bank.

Job Responsibilities:
− Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze existing business processes, identify areas for improvement, and develop solutions to streamline workflows and enhance efficiency.
− Design and document new business processes, including process flows, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and work instructions, using industry-standard methodologies and tools.
− Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, define business objectives, and ensure alignment between process improvements and strategic goals.
− Develop prototypes, proof-of-concepts, and mock-ups to demonstrate proposed process changes and gather feedback from stakeholders.
− Write, develop and design databases and procedures mainly related to SQL.
− Implement process automation solutions using workflow automation tools, business process management (BPM) software, and other relevant technologies.
− Conduct testing, validation, and user acceptance of implemented process improvements to ensure they meet quality standards and deliver expected outcomes.
− Provide training and support to employees on new processes, tools, and technologies to facilitate successful adoption and integration into daily operations.
− Monitor and measure process performance using key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics, and continuously seek opportunities for further optimization.
− Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in business process development to drive innovation and maintain competitive advantage.
− Provide L2 and L3 support for any crucial business processes and procedures, system problems, and integration glitches.

Minimum Experience & Qualification Required:
– Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, or Computer Science Engineering.
− Database and System Management Certification.
− Business Process Management Certification.
− 3+ years of experience in business process analysis, design, and development, preferable in banking industry.
− Strong command in English and Arabic language

Skills/Knowledge:
− Strong understanding of business process improvement methodologies.
− Proficiency in process modeling tools and workflow automation platforms (e.g. NINTEX K2 FIVE, UiPATH, Creatio CRM).
− Strong knowledge in relational Databases (e.g. Microsoft SQL, Oracle).
− Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills with a detail-oriented mindset.
− Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
− Ability to work independently and effectively prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
− Experience in adaptive/Agile IT environments.
− Teamwork and collaboration
